We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join their team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our technology events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans specifically tailored for technology events, including conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audiences within the tech sector and create targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with these groups.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on tech industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Google Ads, focusing on driving awareness and attendance for our technology events.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating and curating content that engages the tech community and amplifies our events’ reach.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop compelling content specifically for marketing our technology events, including brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and press releases.
- Work closely with designers and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials that effectively promote our events.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand and accurately reflects the cutting-edge nature of our technology events.
- Event Promotion:
- Create and implement promotional strategies aimed at driving attendance and participant engagement for our technology-focused events.
- Coordinate with event partners, sponsors, and exhibitors within the tech industry to maximize collaborative marketing opportunities.
- Manage the event website, ensuring it is up-to-date with engaging and accurate information, and effectively promotes our technology events.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Manage and update the company’s CRM system with accurate data on event attendees, partners, and sponsors.
- Use CRM data to segment and target marketing efforts effectively, ensuring we reach the right audiences within the tech community.
- Analyze customer feedback post-events to improve future marketing strategies and enhance the attendee experience.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns promoting our technology events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track and report on marketing expenditures, providing insights on the ROI of various marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns related to our technology events.
- Prepare and present reports on the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Use analytics to understand attendee behavior and preferences, driving improvements in marketing efforts for future technology events.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the events or technology sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on promoting technology events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with a tech-savvy audience.
- Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and content creation, particularly for tech-related audiences.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis, with a focus on segmentation and targeted marketing within the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
