Join Our Team as an Infrastructure Lead!
The company is an Asian-based engineering company with a global presence. Its clientele includes developers, construction firms, government agencies, NGOs, and multinational corporations.
Role Description:
Collaborating with our internal teams in Utilities, Roads, Civil, Water, and MEP, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the client. Your focus will be on ensuring quality assurance and quality control while driving coordination among internal departments. Managing and reviewing infrastructure designs, while leading discussions with the client.
You will have a comprehensive understanding of large-scale projects at the smart city level, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectation.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 20-25 years of experience as an Engineer in managing infrastructure projects, preferably within the construction industry such as Airports & Resorts
- Effective leadership, communication, and project management abilities
- Experience in overseeing project budgets, schedules, and scope
- Capability to identify and address risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Experience in leading a diverse team of professionals with varying backgrounds and skill sets.
