A Geotechnical Head is responsible executing geotechnical designs, including preparing calculations and reviewing design drawings to ensure compliance with customer specifications, applicable codes, and standards.
Job Description:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of geotechnical designs.
- Create sketch drawings
- Perform design calculations
- Ensure compliance with project design criteria, client brief, and approved concept
- Ensure that documentation complies with the design
- Participate in design, client, architect, and site meetings
- Ensure compliance with the ISO Quality Procedure Manual
- Ensure that the design output maintains continuity with the drafting program.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in geotechnical design with a consultancy firm
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Geotechnical or Civil or Structural Engineering
- Candidate must be based in Singapore
