What You’ll Do:
- Reports to the Safety Manager
- Liaise closely with regulatory authorities
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Manage and address public feedback effectively
- Oversee and lead all environmental control programs and the environmental team
- Maintain accurate documentation, including Site Environmental Reports and daily environmental inspection reports
- Conduct environmental workshops and training sessions for the project
- Lead pre-project planning and provide advice on measures for noise, water, and air pollution control, waste management, pest infestation control, and public/neighbors’ engagement and management
- A Registered ECO with NEA
- A Registered ECMO with IES
- Attained Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ post-registration experience as ECO for LTA projects
- Experience in civil works (road and viaduct) & ASAC awards preferred
- Proficient in GGBS requirements/implementation and ISO14001:2015 standards
- Proficient with MS Office
- Candidates must be currently based in Singapore
